Community Giving
At Statesville Country Club, we believe in supporting organizations that make a meaningful difference in our community. Through our Community Giving Program, we proudly donate rounds of golf and other select items to qualifying nonprofit organizations for use in charitable fundraising events.
Because we receive a large number of donation requests throughout the year, we are unable to fulfill every request. All applications are carefully reviewed based on our annual charitable giving budget, the organization's mission, and the potential impact within our local community. Submission of a request does not guarantee that a donation will be provided.
To be considered, requests must meet the following guidelines:
- The requesting organization must be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, school, or recognized charitable or civic organization.
- Requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event date.
- Preference is given to organizations serving Iredell County and the surrounding communities.
- Organizations are generally eligible to receive one donation per calendar year.
- Donations are intended for charitable fundraising events such as silent auctions, raffles, or other nonprofit fundraising initiatives.
- Statesville Country Club does not provide donations for individuals, political organizations or campaigns, personal fundraisers, or for-profit organizations.
To complete your donation request, please be prepared to provide the following information:
- Organization name
- Organization website
- Federal Tax ID (EIN), if applicable
- Primary contact name
- Email address and phone number
- Event name
- Event date and location
- Brief description of your organization and its mission
- Description of how the requested donation will be used
- Type of donation requested
- Donation deadline
- Estimated event attendance
- Sponsorship or recognition opportunities available to Statesville Country Club (if applicable)
- Event flyer, sponsorship packet, or supporting documentation (optional)
Due to the volume of requests we receive, only organizations selected to receive a donation will be contacted. We respectfully ask that you do not call the Club to inquire about the status of your request.
